Some training sessions don’t appear on my Cognition Matters account, why?

If you have one student who have trained with Vektor, but the training sessions doesn't appear on Your Account at Cognition Matters, it is usually because of one of the following reasons:

Either the student has used another username when logging in to Vektor, or the device the student used was not connected to the internet during those sessions.

We suggest that you sit next to the student the next time he/she logs in to Vektor, to control that the right username is used and that the device is connected to the internet. If the problem still persists, please contact us at info@cognitionmatters.org
